The Store Supervisor is also responsible for the implementation of compliance to ROS (Retail Operating Standards)This role focuses on:Assisting the Store Manager in achieving sales target through proper implementation of plans and documentation of all back end related activitiesPerforming necessary functions for all digitally enabled servicesEnsuring proper execution of merchandise guidelines, planograms and promo executionImplementing and ensuring controls on till management and documentation of all accountabilities and rectification in compliance to ROSMonitoring of store’s controllable expenses and recommends cost efficiency measures to increase productivity & profitabilitySustaining team engagement and performance thru coaching, counseling, motivating and disciplining employeesBuilding network  as liaison to Branch and Mall partners  for better communication and coordination needed to support the business.Liaising the company to government agencies and offices for permits and licenses renewalsSuccess will depend on:Ability to understand sales performance, trends and can recommend action to improve sales & profitabilityAbility to demonstrate and understand online + offline initiatives and can provide feedback on its implementationAbility to monitor and evaluate implementation of service delivery standards– both online & offlineAbility to elevate and recommend solutions of online & offline customer concernsAbility to implement and enforce data privacy and securityAbility to understand store profitability and implement cost optimization measures to maximize productivityAbility to benchmark retail practices and relationship building with mall partners and affiliatesAbility to understand and comply with government business requirementAbility to delegate tasks, can coach selling techniques and orchestrate team to maximize productivity & can sustain team motivation.WHAT WE LOOK FOR:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Economics, Education/Teaching/Training, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Others, Commerce or equivalent.Required skill(s): people management, leadership, RetailAt least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably Supervisor specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalentPERKS AND BENEFITS:Opportunities for career progressionPaid vacation and sick leavesAnnual BonusGratuity Pay and Retirement PlanHealth InsuranceSales IncentivesProbationary position and direct hire employmentService Loyalty Award
