Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for overseeing correctness and timely preparation of billings, follow-up and receipt of payments from clients and disbursements to principals, suppliers and service providersOrganize and update financial records as needed (digital and physical)Analyze transactions and prepare reportsKeep company financial information confidentialStay informed on industry developments and changes in regulationsSupport Auditor in conducting internal and external auditsReview financial reports to identify and explain variancesProvides fluctuation variances analysisPerform accounting analyses and reporting to support decision-making purposesPerforms Process Improvement within his/her assigned processesWill clearly communicate and coordinate with other accounting and auditing firms/companiesQualifications:
The candidate must be a BS Accountancy graduateMust be Certified Public Accountant (CPA)10+ years experience in general accounting worksPrevious work experience in any of the top Accounting Companies is a plus but not required.Thorough knowledge of accounting and financial proceduresExcellent analytical skills with an attention to detailIntegrity, with an ability to handle confidential informationWilling to be assigned in Makati City.Salary: Php90,000.00 to Php100,000.00 or more depending on applicant's skill sets and work experience.
