ROLE PURPOSE:
Our Sales Associate is primarily responsible for selling products through courteous, friendly, caring, efficient service and accurate on time execution of merchandise display and promotion. She exhibits full product knowledge to engage and satisfy customers that will impact sales and ultimately drive business growth.
This role focuses on:
Applying excellent customer engagement through execution of the Brand of Service standards and understanding customer’s needs and wants to a personalized serviceImplementing sales initiatives through suggestive selling, sharing product knowledge and highlighting promotion offersMaintaining planogram and proper merchandise display Working as a team player, upholding company policies and Retail Operating Standards, and contributing to a positive working environmentSuccess will depend on:
