QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management or equivalent job experience as Trade Marketing Officer and Sales. At least 2 years experience on the same field in a restaurant industry.Must be willing to work in Quezon City and travel regularly to store branches nationwide.Must be willing to work in extended hoursSKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. National Marketing Campaign
Collaborate, propose and design a unique promotional campaign relevant to the market trend and consumer demands.Project management of the brand systemwide campaign, coordination, material preparation and distribution, and documents preparation following the given timeline.2. Aggregators
Point person and incharge of the coordination to the 3rd party partners (Grab, Food Panda, Gcash, Globe and others). Coordinate and collaborate partnership to promote and create brand awareness through promotion, xdeal and sponsorship.Monitor projects implementation and ensure 3rd party and stores are align in the contract agreement. Assist both parties for concerns that needs to be addressed.3. Innovation
Design and propose new marketing project innovation on product and services that will help open up new market and sales opportunity.Project Management from materials, process and coordination up to the launching. Flawless and timely execution.Monitor projects and addressed concerns that may arise during execution and recommend resolution as needed.4. Internal Department and Industrial Partners
In charge of Internal Dept and Industrial partners PBF (Project Brief Form) request. Validate and processing of request up to delivery and completion. Process billing and request charging for the requestor.5. General Admin and Reporting
Maintain, monitor and properly document an updated NMF (National Marketing Fund) expenses; and timely submission to accounting departmentEnsure all files are neatly documented, complete and accurate.6. Internal & External Relationship
Build and maintain good business partnership with external partners (malls & aggregators) ensure that all campaigns run across all channels and the brand is maintaining an active promotion.Maintain professional relationship with excellent service to franchise business partners.Introduce and build the image of the brand as a responsible member of the community, actively participating and supporting the local community projects.
