Job Responsibilities:
Carry out sales strategy and market strategy.Achieve sales target in assigned area.Manage regional market , support local partners , increase regional sales Organization of bidding & order handling procedure, coordinate HQ marketing, logistic and service department to participate in bidding & order handling.Participate in marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns and other promotional activities.Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunitiesParticipate sales training, self-training plan, action and conclusion.Identify, recruit and on-board new channel partners within assigned territory.Develop positive working relationship with current and prospective channel partners to build business.Explore regional Market and customersQualifications
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.At least 2 years sales working experience in Commercial Display or CCTVGreat passion for sales, and have some technical background.Exceptional communication skills.
