At PIE, our partnerships team fuels our growth by securing partners that are willing to create and recreate entertainment with us. As a TV Partnerships Lead, you will help grow our tradigital media business by leveraging on the PIE/Kroma/ABS-CBN ecosystem to create executions and solutions that deliver real business value to our partners. You are able to generate a lead, negotiate and close deals on your own. You are a self-starter who is hungry to create new experiences and challenge the status quo to deliver exceptional business results for our partners across our TV, digital and experience platforms. You embrace the challenge of growing a business from ground zero. You recognize this takes a lot of bold moves, moving fast and working smart.
What you will do:
• Deliver the sales target for PIE by proactively pursuing and creating opportunities with agencies and direct clients. Work with ABS-CBN cluster heads in servicing clients.
• Participate in the development of the sales strategy. Use market knowledge to create unique value propositions for our partners. • Create fused sales packages that maximize tradigital inventory and ecosystem. • Coordinate with production partner ABS-CBN to implement client segments and commitments.
• Manage and grow our partner and agency relationships to make PIE a partner of choice.
• Oversee and manage billing and collection, working closely with Traffic Ops, Sales Ops and Finance.
You need to have:
• Proven track record in Sales in Media, Advertising, eCommerce with 3-5 years’ experience
• Great love for Pinoy entertainment. A passion and pulse for media and entertainment.
• Strong understanding of the media and digital landscape, industry developments, innovation and trends. Considers data as a critical component to planning and decision making.
• Strong communication, networking and presentation skills.
You need to be:
• Entrepreneurial and highly motivated, able to work in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
