Job Description
• Performs thorough appraisal and provides accurate approval of aftersales transaction within approval authority
• Administers payout of policy benefits and ensures accurate and timely payment of the same
• Makes proper monitoring of paid and outstanding items; ascertain only approved transactions are paid out and outstanding payouts are duly relayed to Policy Owner
• Maintains quality service by following set company standards
Ensures quality service for aftersales transaction processing• Meets service level standards in processing all after sales policy transactions
• Contribute in driving high standard of performance among team members
• Supports process improvement projects
• Perform all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
Qualifications
•Customer service oriented
•3-year experience in insurance operational processes or 1-year experience in AXA’s operational processes
•Detail-oriented
•Highly organized
•Good analytical skills
•Good oral & written communication skills •Highly developed sense of integrity
