QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Engineering course (Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, Materials Science) or any 4-yr business course;With background in business planning, brand promotions or experience in strategic planning, development and implementation of different marketing strategies;With at least 2-3 years experience in account management and retail business;With background in real estate & property management and development;With strong business acumen and efficient in MS Office productivity tools, knowledgeable in SAP is an advantage;Can communicate in English, Tagalog, and Cebuano (both written and oral)Know how to drive and with valid driver's license
