Job Description
- Champions all data processing platforms and reporting tools related to market research studies, i.e. Call-out, online Panels, Digital Passive Metering, Tracking and Adhoc projects. Responsible for all data processing activities such as scripting, testing, calculating, weighting, extracting, validating, and creating data tables. Ensures data quality and accuracy by performing thorough data validation, routine data analysis, data investigation, and other technical and logic checks on both raw and processed data. Delivers timely data outputs without compromising data quality and accuracy. Manage and supervise the daily operations of the call-out team.
- Monitor productivity and efficiency of the call agents.
- Monitor the progress of each project and ensure that agreed timelines and quotas are met.
- Collaborates with individuals, teams, and external partners to analyze existing systems and outputs, ensuring that current needs are met while planning for necessary future modifications and improvements.
- Provides technical and analytical support for research activities.
- Responds to specific requests for data and information.
- Works closely with other divisions to provide a more holistic approach and POV to research projects.
- Helps in the development of the division’s annual plans and programs.
- Monitors project expenditure vs. budget.
- Continuously explores systems that would meet the evolving needs of a variety of research projects.

Discusses research needs and objectives during briefings.Directly coordinates details of the proposal with internal clients and agency partners.Works closely with internal clients on the approval of the project proposal and provides updates on project status.Directly deals with agency partners on the status of projects and ensures that commitments are delivered on time.Executes seamlessly from start to end, i.e., proposals to approval, logistics, actual research, reporting, archiving, and payment.Synthesizes research project findings with other reports or data to deliver richer and more actionable insights for internal clients.- Performs other related duties as assigned.
