Job Summary:
The position will support the development and proper execution of the overall marketing plan. He/she will also spearhead new projects and programs of the marketing team with the goal of increasing and
building brand awareness/affinity and increasing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
The position holder will support the development of marketing plans for his/her product portfolio.As such, he/she will also assist in the proper and timely implementation of all marketing programs.Plans and coordinates with the Creative Services and Digital Teams in order to implement marketing plans and campaigns (e.g., proofing and timely executions of ATL, BTL, and digital campaigns including OOH)Spearheads new marketing projects like data management programs from planning to implementation and evaluation stages. He/she will plan and coordinate with the rest of the brand, creative services, and other internal stakeholders for the proper implementation of his/her programs.Does competitive scans for horizontal and vertical projects and special projects assigned to him/her from time to time.Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree holder preferably in Marketing and/or Business ManagementWith at least 2 years of work experience/exposure in Brand ManagementMust have good leadership skills; creative and highly analyticalPleasant and well developed interpersonal skillWilling to have a hybrid type of work set-up
