We are looking for a diverse, dynamic and motivated individual who will contribute to the success of our company to support the function in Human Resources Systems catering global regions.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Psychology, HRIS Administration/IT any related field.At least 3 years of experience with IT systems at administrator level, in HRIS - ERP systemsIn-depth knowledge of related ERP/HRIS, LMS (Learning Management) systems and related system/Microsoft tools.Has knowledge and experience in administrating, managing, understanding, execution of ERP, LMS systems and tools, database functionality maintenance and reporting tools.Experience working in a multi-cultural and shared services environment is an advantage but not required.

Proficient in process improvement and optimization and has innovative mindset.High-level interpersonal and professional communication skills to work effectively with individuals and teams of staff with different levels of technical knowledge.Knowledgeable in managing own projects/scope of work with a capacity to scope realistic projects, meet timeframes and deliver outcomes.Demonstrated capacity to work both independently, autonomously and in multi-disciplinary team environments.Has business and customer understanding and can manage complexity.Ability to assess priorities, exercise discretionary judgment and negotiate for positive outcomes.Detailed and result oriented, structured, accurate, systematic and committed to deliver within deadlines.Has excellent collaboration, communication and system consultation skills.Motivated to facilitate and contribute to company's growth.Willing to work on Mid-shift (Central Eastern Time).Looking for two full time candidates for this role.

YOUR MISSION:

Daily administration and maintenance of Learning Management System - CornerstoneAccess administrationBasic data set up and updatesSupport Helpdesk Manila in escalated casesEscalate cases to Cornerstone support and follow up on thesePerform quality assurance on master dataUpdate master data in accordance with IFSTest and assess quarterly updates in CornerstoneTest and assess any deliveries in case of hot fixes of extra ordinary deliveriesStay updated on all modules available in CornerstoneAcquire knowledge about all modules available in Cornerstone and assess the need for these in collaboration with your leaderParticipate in sessions set up by CornerstoneStay updated on all system updates quarterlyCollaborate with e-Learning team in Manila to quality check and improve work methodsWork in accordance with action plansCreate guidelines for Helpdesk in Manila and ensure they are always updated on support issues in Cornerstone.Assist in developing and maintaining training programs within scope.Facilitate IFS Systems administration such as but not limited to:Support implementation of any new modules in CornerstoneAdvisory in terms of system knowledgeBasic data set upAccess managementTestingConfigurationGeneral system preparationsSupport in system structure, training and competence processes and systems execution related to IFS Systems.Assist in "HR Processes and Systems" globally with any system related task in Cornerstone or IFS HR module.Perform other related tasks that may be required from time to time.
