RECRUITMENT MARKETING SPECIALIST (ILOILO - PROJECT-BASED)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform 70% - 80% Employer Branding tasks and 20% - 30% Recruitment tasksEmployer Branding Tasks:Expand Branding and Market presence in the Bacolod/Iloilo/Western Visayas regionWilling to do 70% - 80% Offsite work for Employer Branding/Marketing/Sourcing effortsAttract key audience and IT talents in the regionPlan and execute Recruitment Marketing plans in the said marketPrepare and conduct Offsite events with the universities and LGUsActivate linkages with existing organizational partners and/or skill specific technical communitiesSeek and create new partnership with other external linkages Generate consistent number of leads/talent pool through Offsite/Marketing/Sourcing effortsCreate and initiate new marketing ideas and efforts for the targeted marketRecruitment Tasks:Encode leads generated/gatheredConduct Initial and Final Screening InterviewAdminister assessmentsOther Tasks:Post and update job adsRepresent the company in Recruitment and Marketing events Build and maintain a good relationship with organizational partnershipsWork in a collaborative environment with Marketing, Talent Management, Facilities, and others to launch new partnerships, campaigns, and contentEvents analysis and provide recommendationsConduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth

 REQUIREMENT:

Experience in Marketing, Sourcing, Branding, Recruitment and/or related fieldsCandidate is from IloiloOpen to candidates from Bacolod as long as with hands-on and working knowledge on the Iloilo marketOpen to Fresh GraduatesWith hands-on experience in organizing recruiting events and running recruiting campaignsWith experience and comfort in using social media for branding and marketingWith creative, resourceful, confident and proactive personalityCandidate must also have great attention to detail and ability to multitask under the stress of deadlines with a strong desire to help the organization succeedFamiliarity with HubSpot or other CRM and social media management tools is a plusProficiency in Graphics / Multimedia tools are nice to have.
