QUALIFICATIONS:
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate course for bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) or in a related field where the candidate has majored in HR and Psychology.Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize certain tasks and projects appropriately.Great communication skills, along with complete knowledge of how to communicate through phone, email, internal memos, and more.Ability to work as a team member, assisting other HR personnel with their tasks.Great problem-solving and analytical skills to manage daily administrative tasks.Can work Hybrid setupTasks for the HR intern:
Identify active / inactive files for proper taggingAssist in sorting the physical files at the compactor ( filing cabinets)Assist in the digitization project ( for the physical files)Prepare report for records management regarding the above tasksValue for the student:
Will learn / familiarize in records managementWill have an exposure reporting methods starting from data gathering to reporting using MS Suites ( i.e. Excel) and other tools / applications
