Job Qualifications:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering or CommerceAt least 3 years of working experience in the Petroleum Sales is an advantage for this position.Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.Must be confident, persistent, and hard workingWith good communication skills.Full-Time position(s) available.Job Description:Handle sale of fuel and lubes in the commercial and industrial sectorWork with Credit to ensure timely collectionsConstantly coordinate with Logistics to avoid delivery delaysExpand Unioil's customer base in the commercial and industrial sectorAct as Unioil's ambassador in the corporate sectorExplore ways to sell lubes in Unioil's fuel-customer baseIdentify and generate new leads- identify leads according to its possibilities, opportunity and profitability of converting it into an account.Negotiation - responsible for all sales negotiation on behalf of the company, they must be able to balance the need of a client between the interest of the company while finding a way to convince and satisfy a customer.Sales Coordination- must constantly communicate between customers and other department personnel to ensure that all orders and deliveries are effectively carried out.After Sales support- handling and addressing customer complaints and providing the necessary support to their clients.Generate new accounts - consistently generate a certain number of new accounts every month base on the agreed sales plan.Increase Sales Volume- increasing the sales volume based on the agreed target.Reporting and feedback- provide a weekly and monthly sales report to the respective heads.Field works and Training- conduct field works such as client visit, site inspection, attend customer events, customer assistance, monitoring market activity and conducting customer orientation, seminar, or training.Office works- o accomplish activity reports such a salesforce updating, TES filing and other related documentation as required by management
