Position Summary:
The HR Technology Analyst will serve as a liaison and business solutions partner between business units that support multiple brands, implementation teams, and Information Technology. They must possess a high level of technical expertise and clear insights into current business practices as well as mastery of internal processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensures consistency of HR technology processes across HR and operational areas and works with Audit to ensure audit/Sarbanes Oxley compliance of HR processesParticipate in the implementation and upgrade of employee system modules (includes data auditing, mapping, and testing)Analysis of incoming problem/issue tickets that come in to our ticketing system used by employees for their system issuesAnalyze system/application problems, design and implement workable solutions, and support such solutions to provide a reliable application with sustainable processesPrepare system training documentation and deliver training on functionality and processes within the employee systems using various training methods (individual, classroom, conference call, and web events)Drives operational excellence through the creation, adoption and maturity of processes and tools aligned with Business frameworkDefine security permissions and for all HR applicationsResponsible for managing, monitoring, and ensuring Continual Service Improvement (CSI) of Service Management processes and tools, with focus on exploring process improvement, customer service strategy and application enhancementsProvides assistance and advice to business users in the effective use of applications and information technologyThis is a global role requiring regular work outside normal business hours to communicate with people in multiple time zonesQualifications, Knowledge, and Skills:
