The HR Data Analyst shall handle HR reports/data and analytics, implementation and monitoring of HRIS including systems audit and knowledge transfer.Conceptualize and implement programs and initiatives to improve HR processes such as automation.Analyzes HR information on recruitment, employment and makes the appropriate recommendation to Management.Facilitates audit of HR processes and programs in coordination with other HR department heads.Prepares and consolidates all key HR Division metrics report.
