DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

To support the B2B Marketing Manager to meet business objectives and execute marketing plans for the assigned categories, aligned with overall corporate goals. Responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategies including product/company positioning, communication strategies, advertising and promotion initiatives, branding, packaging, product literature, etc. Provide support to Sales in the development and execution of product/s for a particular industry.Implement Industrial Marketing Plans on time and within budget to deliver product, financial, and market share objectives.Submit Industrial Marketing Reports, analyses, and recommendations including, but not limited to Product and Industry Performance, Sales Channel and Account Performance, Customer Surveys, Market Analysis, Pricing Analysis, and Monthly reports on product portfolio performance.Submit project management plans reflecting the budget and timeline for all Marketing projects, including new product introductions, etc. Ensure proper implementation and safekeeping of documents for the Uratex Inside Program (UIP) Conduct Industrial Market Research and share insights with the B2B Team.Overall in charge of Industrial tradeshows, plant tours, sales orientation, and other events.Track the progress of all Industrial Plans and Programs and ensure on-time completion.Perform all duties and responsibilities on time and as Completed Staff Work.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree (preferably Marketing, Business Management, or Engineering) In- depth knowledge of Product Portfolio Management, and must have experience in B2B Marketing.With 3 yrs experience handling industrial marketing setup.
