Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Humanities/Liberal Arts or equivalent.At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in related field preferably in a construction company.Required Skill(s): Knowledgeable in Labor Code and other related laws, With experience in working visa and permit at Immigration and DOLE, Excellent in oral and written communication, Willing to work extended hours and multi-tasker, Hardworking and can handle pressureWith 8 Yrs experienced in employee relation specialized in Human Resources or Office Administration.Excellent in Recruitment , Hiring and Employee's compensation and benefitsKnowledgeable in payroll and mandatory government contributionCan prepare and implement salary structure.
