Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Sunrise Group is one of the largest wholesalers and distributors of branded sports goods in Asia representing internationally renowned brands i.e., Yonex and Mikasa. Sunrise has a presence in 15 countries of Southeast Asia, South Asia, and East Asia, through its associate companies and distributorships. We invite applications from self-motivated and dynamic individuals to join us in Sales/ Marketing in the Philippines as Sales and Marketing Coordinator.

Responsibilities

Promotion:

1. Be part of an energetic sales team that offers scope for growth.

2. Ensure orders are carried out smoothly as per procedures and records are updated correctly and promptly.

3. Process Purchase Orders for the sales team.

4. Set up of goods at various departmental stores.

5. Follow up for goods arrival and coordinate with store upon receiving of goods.

6. Responsible for inventory management and data entry.

7. Coordinate public relations, promotion of event management, etc.

8. Interact closely with leading players, associations, clubs, schools & other institutions for carrying out promotional campaigns, kiting distribution, Sponsorship requests, and contracts.

9. Attending demo events and ad-hoc sponsorship events

10. Other ad-hoc duties, as assigned from time to time

Sales:

1. Manage customer accounts: Collecting order, work on planning to make sure that order will be delivery to customer smoothly, after sales service

2. Take care departmental store: setup goods in store, inventory management to suggest customer for refilling, coordinate with marketing team to support store on marketing activities

3. Market research requirement basic: Market survey, update competitor’s information and activities, take care customer enquiry

4. Manage online posting, responds to given for customer query.

Requirements

1. Min Diploma or Graduate in Business Management

2. At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales/ customer service/ promotions event/ event management preferable.

3. Relevant experience in the fields of badminton and tennis would be advantageous.

4. Fully conversant with MS office to create a database and conduct analysis/ presentations.
