Job Description
• Serves as a central resource for all brand related information and coordinate with business partners in creating and implementing brand-building activities.
• Responsible for managing and developing plans that that support brand objectives and creates campaigns that increase the awareness of the brand or company.
• Manage and enhance a company's brand reputation or identity.
• Help promote brand uniformity and ensure brand consistency.
• Coordinate objectives with creative, marketing, product management, sales and other departments.
• Analyze and support both category and product marketing plans to align with brand strategy and achieve monthly or annual goals.
• Develop and implement brand management plans and identify brand-building ideas.
• Create and improve agency and partner relationships.
• Ensure brand communication for areas of responsibility are consistent with the company and brand positioning.
• Generate and implement media planning, buying, and innovation strategies.
• Organize and manage content management and information sharing among departments, divisions and external clients.
• Create monthly content and product ad plans.
• Provide design and direction for marketing collateral, web and other visual communications media for the company.
• Assist in the creation and refinement of graphic standards and visual brand strategies.
• Monitor performance of ads or campaign on social media and other platforms as well as digital marketing trends and innovation.
• Create and deliver marketing copy and presentation.
• Performs other important or urgent tasks as requested by immediate supervisor.
Job Skills
• Advance working knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Has experience using Canva, Gimp, Photopea or other graphic design software.
• Has the ability to develop and execute marketing strategies.
• Proven project management skills and experience managing large projects.
• Excellent organization skills, detail oriented and ability to multitask.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Flexible and able to quickly and effectively change priorities and direction
• Has strong analytical skills.
• Has the ability to write and present clear and concise reports and presentation.
• Can work and perform with minimal supervision.
Job Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.Minimum 2 years-experience in product, brand management or advertising.Solid understanding of brand management concepts and building/execution techniques.Willing to be assigned in Alabang area.Full-Time position(s) available.
