A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE
The HR onboarding Specialist, you will handle employee documentation, including contracts, recruitment paperwork and starter packs. Your day could see you:
Onboarding:o Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries
o Collection and validation of pre-employment requirements
o Address issues and flags concerns relating to completion of pre-employment requirements
o POC of PEME Result. And as POC, be able to notify recruitment on results that may affect the conversion of hires
o Provide regular onboarding update and submits final list of new hires
o Audit Job Offer and ensure that content is aligned to the type of contract to be issued
o Understand profiles and on-boarding requirements of each campaign/account.
o Always updated on the hiring process for each campaign/account in coordination with the Supervisor and the Specialists
Administration:o Ensure 100% completion and 100% integrity of 201 documents collected from new hires
o Preparation of contracts and annexes
o Issuance of trainee ID and creation of company ID
o Request NT logins and proximity cards of new hires via Service Desk (SDP)
o Maintain 201 personnel files of all employees.
o Helping with visa applications if necessary
o Create SDP ticket for lateral and site transfers
o Request and monitor HR supplies necessary for onboarding
o Perform other tasks as necessary

Preferably college degree holder or at least 2 years in college with minimum 1 year experience in the role
