You will be understanding recruiting demands and specific skill profiles.You will be screening applications and candidates' selection.You will be conducting interviews, sharing feedbacks about candidates, and tracking their profiles in recruitment system, preparing, and conducting job offers.You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting the pre and post (day 1 and 2) hiring requirements of new hires.What are we looking?
Bachelor’s degree holder (preferably graduates of Psychology, HRDM or related)Must have at least 2 years of work experience in end-to-end recruitment preferably in volume hiring, candidate screening & assessment, and candidate relationship managementAmenable to work in Boni, MandaluyongGood to have skills:
