Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Humanities/Liberal Arts or equivalent.At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in a Construction Company is preferred. .Required Skill(s): Knowledgeable in Labor Code and other related laws, With experience in working visa and working permit at Immigration and DOLE, Excellent in Recruitment and Hiring, Experience in preparation Policy Handbook , Can prepare and implement salary Structure, Hardworking and can handle pressure, Excellent in Oral and Written Communication.Preferably Managerial 10 Yrs & Up experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or Office Administration.Knowledgeable in Training and Development, Labor and Employee , Relations Compensation Management.Willing to work extended hours and multi task₱ 50000-70000 PHP / Monthly
