HR Recruitment Officer
Administer, coordinate and support recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process. Handles of end to end Recruitment Process Provides instruction about pre-employment requirements among applicants for hiring and monitors the applicant’s completion of requirementsMaintaining of Employee Records; Manage and maintain contracts, personnel files and other employee informationEmployee Relations Officer
Process and work closely with the HR Manager for all labor cases; handling and issuance of incident reports and discipline memos (NTEs, NDAs).Assist the HR Manager in developing, execution of various programs for the welfare of the employees.Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and dutiesHR Account Officer
Attend to internal and external meetings as required.Ensure that proper coordination with government agencies, business partners/joint ventures and other departments/employees are carried out.Perform customer service by responding to client requests and inquiries, coordinates problem resolution and follow up, and all other service related issues.Willing to do field worksQualifications:
Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science or any related course.With experience as Recruitment Officer & or Employee Relations OfficerExcellent MS Office knowledge and skillsKnowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary proceduresExcellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills.Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
