Performs general clerical work, compiles and prepares reports as required, bills, forms and other matters for clerical records, and routes outgoing documents of the department.Prepares and monitors employee movement such as promotion / transfer / change in position and similar movements and prepares the necessary documentation prior to approval of the concerned immediate superior / department heads.Assists in developing a system to support each department with their HR related concerns / inquiry by delivering effective service and solution.Maintains and updates the 201 and 202 files and other records.Ensures government compliance such as DOLE, PSA, Municipality, and other compliance.Performs various administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork.IV.
