Job Summary:
The main responsibility of the Marketing Reporting Analyst includes development of marketing metrics reports and dashboard to measure campaign performance, and creation of business intelligence reports in support of company strategy.
Accountabilities:
Produce multi-channel marketing metrics reports using tools such as Excel, PowerBI, SQL, and others as applicable; be able to reconcile multiple datasets from different business intelligence toolsReport post-campaign results; provide reports on campaign outcome and effectiveness measuresIdentify areas of opportunity for campaign strategy; derive insights and make recommendations based on report outcomesExtract data from business intelligence platforms such as GCRM and PowerBI, in adherence to stakeholder’s requirementsExecute data preparation/data cleansing requirements for reporting (whether in Excel or other business tools)Collaborate with the Campaign team, Seg/Sol, Sales team regarding their report and data analytics needsCreation and/or maintenance of performance dashboardsSupport customer insights initiatives such as NPS and Voice of Customer reporting.Support the delivery of Weekly Insights reporting Produce Ad hoc Analytics and Reports relating to subscription, sales and market sizing dataSupport Data Management tasks and projectsQualifications:
Bachelors DegreeMarketing background is not necessary Experience in creating dashboard is requiredSQL knowledge Advance knowledge in Excel is requiredKnowledge in PowerBi / tableau
