The HR Officer (Business Partnering) is responsible for providing development, integration, and delivery of the management of human resources strategies for the assigned district/division in order to support business objectives, resulting to achievement of organizational strength.
Partners with accounts in creating localized engagement programs based on company direction, existing HR policies and mandates and account need(s)Audits store compliance to labor standards and recommends the actions to take in order to address gaps, if there's any, resulting to a positive labor relationsSupports in creating a talent pool for recruitment through activities such as but not limited to the following: organized talent acquisition events and digital recruitmentProvides advice and transactional support to account on compensation and benefits policy implementation to ensure uniform and correct implementation across operationsJOB QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must have a Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or business related coursesAt least three (3) years experience of working as an HR professional, with at least two (2) years working as a business partnerKnowledgeable in several facets of HR such as but not limited to: Employee Engagement, Labor Relations, Talent Management and Development, Compensation and Benefits, and Project ManagementMust be willing to perform fieldwork for store visits and ocular inspectionsMust be willing to work in Davao
