QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent;Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational development, employee and labor relations, performance management;At least 1 year of experience in general HR practices;Preferably Davao resident;Facilitate recruitment process;Issue MRF to requesting department;Search applicants in different sites (Facebook indeed, etc.)Screen applicants with relevant qualifications for the position;Conduct initial interview to qualified applicants;Issue pre-employment requirements;Monitor requirements of newly hired employee;Filing/documentation;Consolidate all 201 requirements from Mindanao and for forwarding to HR-HO;Receive all related forms for payroll purposes OB, OT, LOA etc. for forwarding to HR-HO;Monitor evaluations and Contracts (Renewal, Probationary);Accomplish report on Tardiness and Absences of employees every cut-off;Process renewal of Business Permit for Cebu Office and Liloan Warehouse;Purchase of office supplies;Process request for repair and maintenance of company vehicles;Process request for payment of electric and water bill;Issue clearance to resigning employee;Update Bulletin Board on relevant information.The position is very urgent, candidate must be willing to start ASAP.
