Major Responsibilities :
RECRUITMENT ADMINISTRATION AND PERSonNEL MOVEMENTS
Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process of entry to senior level rolesPrepares 201 files of newly hired employees and ensures completeness of all hiring requirements and formsFacilitates source verification of key employee data and liaises with government and third party institutions for on-site renewals of relevant employee professional licenses;Monitors and processes all employee related movements (i.e. regularization, transfers, etc)Processes training allowances and payments due to manpower agencies; maintains a database for proper monitoring Maintains a database of applicants including statusPlan and execute recruitment related activitiesHR SYSTEMS, ANALYTICS & AUDIT
· Maintain accurate and updated 201 files, personnel information system and other personnel-related data
· Develop and maintain a filing system, recording and monitoring of all personnel documents and information
· Generate government reports and management information reports
· Assists in the preparation of manpower-related reports and other demographic data
Educational Background: Must be a graduate of BS Psychology or any related course, preferably with at least 2 years experience or executive search experience
