JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Facilitate job evaluation and compensation analysis across all positions in the Company from direct labor up to executive positionsReview, develop, and recommend compensation and benefits structures in consideration of the job's value, employee's competencies, and the Company's financial standingBenchmark compensation packages with other companies to maintain competitiveness of the Company's remuneration packagesQUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any four year course related to compensation analysis or human resourcesWith at least 3 years of solid experience in compensation analysis, job evaluation, salary design, and other related HR rolesMust be knowledgeable in creating job descriptions, doing job leveling, and salary scalesMust be resourceful and knowledgeable on the different sources of information needed to accomplish the jobMust be quick to comprehend instructions, detail-oriented, and results-drivenExperience from the real estate and construction industry is an advantage
