1. evaluates periodically manpower requirements of the sub-business unit. Ensures the periodic submission of manpower updates from the sub-business unit leader and performs end-to-end Talent Acquisition Process when necessary.
2. Updates regularly database of probationary, seasonal or project-based employees to ensure prompt replacements upon end of contract to fulfill manpower compliment.
3.Ensures compliance on the process set by any Company-wide initiatives outside OCE and RPS, such as Safety Policies and Guidelines, Security Programs, Fire and Earthquake Drills, GMP, HACCP Compliance and Certification, Annual Inventory, etc.
4. Monitors periodically the store’s employees’ movements. Prepares and ensures submission of the necessary documents to RPS Team for updating in the HRIS
5.Facilitates in the processing of employee benefits and coordinates with RPS Team in processing the needed documents to validate and authenticate employee benefit claims.
6.Ensures the proper documentation and adherence to company standards in conducting investigations to erring employees to ensure early preparation of needed documents/ evidences in case the case will be brought to higher court.
7.Manages performance and productivity of his/her personnel. Handles performance evaluation for regularization, annual performance reviews, and promotions
8.Perform other job or expertise related assignments in order to develop one’s self and/or share one’s expertise resulting to support for operational efficiency.
