Performing end-to-end recruitment process and providing recruitment reports to the TA ManagerAttracting applicants through job portals, social media, referral programs, job fairs, etc.Conducting interviews and administering assessments, as necessary, and assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to match the job requirementsCollaborating with department managers to find the most suitable candidatesTracking and compiling pre-employment requirements of the new hires for 201 filingPromoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunityCoordinating with third-party vendors and suppliers regarding TA-related needs

What will make you successful

Registered PsychometricianWith at least 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, conducting initial (online/face-to-face) and competency-based interviewsBackground in volume and leadership positions hiring, an advantageWell-versed in MS Office applications and other recruitment-related applicationsDemonstrable business acumen and ability to communicate effectively across various levels in the business
