Key Responsibilities

Work with the Business Continuity Management Lead to support the drive for the BCM initiativesAs a member of the Emergency Operations Center, he/she represent HR in the implementation of company-wide BCM programUpkeep and update the company's information system that feeds into the various BCM databases such as employees' contact information, emergency contact details, call tree, emergency text blasts, etc.Initiate emergency communications and coordination efforts with various units of the organizationSupport the implementation of the Corporate Vaccine Management in terms of data management, scheduling and booking of vaccine participants, and updating of participants for cost-charging purposes.

Minimum Requirements

Graduate of any four-year Science or Business courseAt least 3 years experience in Business Continuity Management roleMust have good coordination skillsOpen to work on Hybrid arrangement and in Mandaluyong City
