EMAPTA is looking for a stellar Engagement Lead to join the team.
This role will take lead with the initiation and management of employee programs, events, strategies, and other activities that align with and support the organization’s core values with a focus on improving culture and employee engagement. Primary responsible for driving the strategies to improve employee and client relationships, contributing towards building morale, improving productivity and retention, and ensuring a consistent and effective company experience across the Centers. This role will not only provide the opportunity to connect the various engagement initiatives & activities across to all employees and clients, but it will also be crucial in helping ensure that we become an employer of choice for inclusion, diversity, and purposeful community engagement. Continuously review and evaluate the effectiveness of employee & client engagement tools/programs and ensure they are able to support the Company’s evolving objectives. Consciously protecting the culture with a forward-looking perspective, best practices, and knowledge to improve the employee experience.
Responsibilities
Engagement
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retentionProvide support on employee engagement surveys, pulse checks, and other employee surveys to allow for all voices to be heardDesign, plan and implement Center-wide strategic employee & client engagement, reward, and recognition programsManage Social Channels to monitor, engage, and moderate conversations in community platforms, creating an inclusive space with meaningful discussionsCulture
Collaborate with other team members to design and manage activities and events to keep employees engaged and motivatedProactively identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience and help develop and implement innovative solutions and policiesDevelop materials that will effectively promote the values and culture of the Company to all employeesClose partnership with HRBPs and leaders to evaluate and analyze employee issues and trends in the workplace, and recommend interventions to address gaps and reduce attritionCommunication
·Develop and deliver the company’s internal communication strategy, planning and calendar of activity to increase levels of employee engagement.Support organizational change by creating effective communication strategiesCoordinates with external service providers, partners, or sponsors in support of company eventsDrives employee awareness of engagement programs through the use of creative, impactful, and strategic communication materialsContent Development, collaborate with members of the marketing teams to develop and publish various content formats to maximize engagement in social channels or newslettersReporting and Administrative
· Tracks and ensures all engagement expenses are within the approved budget
Roll-out engagement surveys from design to deployment, along with tracking of action plansProvides & presentation of these reports and analysis to the management teamReview and establish benchmarks and targets against which future improvements and programs can be madeMaintains a database of potential suppliers and sponsors for engagement programs; and shares it with other departmentsContinually report, research, and understand best practices and emerging trends in social mediaRequirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences or Marketing or any related courseAt least 5 years of relevant experience in the related field, in a corporate or business setting, with at least 2 years experience in leading employee and client engagement initiativesOutstanding verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail to present complex topics in a clear and concise manner to audiences at various levels of the organizationExcellent facilitation skills, ability to prepare clear and concise materials to deliver formal presentationsDemonstrated strong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesEstablished work ethics anchored on integrity, accuracy, and qualityProven skills in managing projects and timelinesAdvanced skills in the use of MS Excel/PowerPoint, creation of reports with analysis/insightsIn-depth knowledge of all social platforms / new trends and create compelling social media content that resonates with Emapta’s culture & target audienceCapability to operate effectively in multi-cultural/international environments and influence leaders from different backgrounds and experiencesExcellent interpersonal skills; highly competent in dealing with different cultures, personalitiesAble to present ideas and concepts clearly and effectively without coming across as abrasiveHigh ability to balance priorities to achieve resultsAbility to work under pressure, adhere to strict deadlines with very minimum supervisionAbility to multi-task and manage several jobs/projects/assignments at the same time and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Outstanding collaboration skills.
