Job Responsibilities:

Oversees the various HR services and processes such as timekeeping and payroll administration, benefits administration and the separation process of employees (i.e. conducts exit interview, routing exit clearance, sees through the turn-over of supplies and/or ID, and coordinates the schedules of the release of the final pay in coordination with Payroll and Timekeeping).Oversees the facilitation of employee movements which include in-placements, reassignments and promotions of employees considering employee skills and career developmentProcesses and validates all Government Certificates and Loan RemittancesProcesses and validates all payroll documents (ATM, Manager's Checks, final paychecks, payslips, cash request)Maintains records and compiles statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism ratesGenerate reports as may be requested (e.g., special studies) or required (e.g., weekly and monthly attrition reports)Analyzes statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practicesPrepares comprehensive data presentation and analysis of research findings/process assessmentsParticipates in Internal and External Audit Requirements including documentation and remediation plans.Conducts and supervises monthly internal audit to ensure that HR documents are updated and complete in accordance with the set compliance standards (i.e. ISO, SOX, PCIDSS, etc.)Develops and implements the company's code of conduct, departmental policies and procedures to meet the needs of the organization, to comply with legal requirements, and to promote positive employee relations.Manages employee relations issues in partnership with the HR PartnersParticipates and assists in the implementation of HR-initiated programs and activitiesPlans and oversees the implementation of employee wellness improvement programs to help provide employees with quality of work lifeActs as Change Catalyst to communicate and implement HR activities.Plans and facilitates in the implementation of organization development initiatives such as but not limited to the following – Compensation Management, Performance Management, Process and Systems Review, etc.Provides regular updates and feedback to HR Team regarding concerns on Human Resources servicesParticipates as key driver in human resource policy and program development in partnership with other senior human resource and stakeholdersCoordinates all HR related concerns to concerned Business Units.

Job Qualifications:

Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Industrial Relations, or any related fieldMust have at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory capacity in human resources, with emphasis on employee relations for a multi-national corporationMust have solid background and exposure with Labor Laws, government regulations, and compliance requirementsMust be knowledgeable on current professional HR principles and techniquesMust be knowledgeable and skilled with change processes in complex systemsMust have strong facilitation, consulting and coaching skillsMust have exceptional problem solving ability and intellectual agilityMust have exceptional communication skills, especially when interacting with Senior Leadership is imperativeMust have strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environmentWilling to start ASAP.onsite ReportingOk with 9 months contract
