Sourcing Associate

The position is responsible in providing assistance to the Recruitment team and ensure implementation of department’s objectives, specifically by supporting the day-to-day recruitment process, ensuring complete documentation and personnel files.Conducts initial and behavioral phonescreening of applicants from the different recruitment channels (e.g. online postings, social media, etc) Ensures timely encoding of all applicants into the databaseProvides clerical assistance such as encoding tasks, managing schedules, coordinating with internal and external contacts, preparing adhoc reports and presentations as may be required.Undertakes task that may be assigned from time to time by the Recruitment ManagerREQUIREMENTSMust be amenable to work on shifting schedules (morning, midshift and nightshift)Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.No work experience required6 months experience in conducting resume and behavioral interviews is an advantageProficient in MS Computer applications (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)Good communication skillsMust be amenable to work on weekends and holidays if neededMust be amenable to a project-based employmentFresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
