Purpose:
The purpose of the role is to provide reporting and analytics and to assist in the direct recruitment of people into the UK business through effective use of routes to market, helping to generate a high number of direct applications into the business driving down cost per hire.
Individual Accountability:
The Recruitment Specialist supports the Talent Acquisition Team with operational recruitment activities, reporting and analytics throughout the recruitment process and key tasks include but are not limited to:
Produce timely adhoc and standard recruitment operational reportsDevelop, maintain, and analyse data and translate it into actionable insights through dashboards, charts, and other visualization toolsProactively source active and passive candidates by leveraging all recruiting channels to provide a pipeline of candidatesConducting market mapping and sourcing activities through various platforms (i.e linkedIn, ATS, Job board Database, Talent Community etc.)Manage candidates by screening applications, conducting phone interviews, and keeping candidates engaged throughout process, ensuring consistent communication on the status of the searchManage vacancy and candidate records on ATS ensuring all data is accurate and up to date. Champion the use of the system.Ensure all documentation is properly completed and received including up to date job descriptions.Building and maintaining stakeholder relationship towards the highest-level stakeholder satisfactionKey shared accountabilities:
Participate in vacancy consultation discussions with Hiring Managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the role requirements, agreed timeframes, the external talent market and help create sourcing initiatives to support the filling the vacanciesPartner closely with UK Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needsProfile requirements:

At least 3 years of working experience in similar industry, shared services, or in an international recruitment agency is required for this positionAdvanced knowledge in various reporting, data, and analytics theories. Knowledgeable in Excel (intermediate to advance)Good experience in working with Talent Acquisition and HR data analytics & visualizationStrong and in-depth background in sourcing and proven ability to deliver and achieve results in a fast paced, dynamic environment.Experience of using ATS & Sourcing Channels (i.e Taleo, Oracle Recruit Cloud, linkedIn Recruiter) is preferredHave a proven track record of success in identifying top talent by quickly identifying their core competencies and cultural fitKnowledge of recruitment marketing including social media and direct sourcing methods.Ability to manage a large and varied workload, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all tasks.Ability to provide high standard team support to ensure a smooth operation.Excellent organisation and time management skills.Accurate and detail conscious at all timesStrong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and writtenAssertive and able to prioritise conflicting demands.Professional and confident approach to working relationships.Work location: Zuellig, Makati (currently in WFH set-up and will be in Hybrid set-up September 2022)
