Responsible for delivering all compensation and benefits of the Philsteel Group. Assists in the review and cascading of guidelines, policies, and procedures on compensation and benefits. Ensures integrity, consistency, and uniformity in the implementation of compensation and benefits programs in coordination with the Group Internal Audit.
Designs and ensures the maintenance of the human resource information system (HRIS).
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Compensation
Reviews existing policies on job evaluation and salary administration and recommends revisions or improvements, if needed.Manages the implementation of Policy.Designs, implements, and manages salary classification and compensation programs.Improves recruitment and retention through a competitive salary structure.Advises on salary increase requests.Advises management on employment regulations, benefits and compensation policies, personnel procedures, and classification programs.Administration and Benefits
Reviews the existing company policy on employee benefits and recommends revisions or improvements when needed.Implements the approved Policy.Reviews the computation of terminal pay and all other employee benefits due to resigned or separated employees of the company.Job Qualifications
8 years of working experience in Human Resource Management, specifically in the areas of compensation, benefits, and HRIS, five years of which should be in a supervisory position.Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Business ManagementMaster's degree in HR Management or Psychology would be an advantage.Knowledge
