Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related courseWith a minimum of 1 year related experience and relevant technical trainings, preferably on LMS administration, organizational development, etc.Proficient in MS Office applicationsStrong composition and prioritizing skillsAbility to maintain confidentialityGood written and oral communication skillsDuties and Responsibilities
Assists during conceptualization, development and implementation of in-house training programsEmploys various tools and identifies manpower training needs Coordinates with credible and expert training providers or institutesAssists in the development and implementation of various organizational development initiatives such as Performance Management System, Succession Planning, Job evaluation, among othersProvides support in the administration and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS)Monitors the performance management cycle including timely and accurate completion of performance appraisals for each employeeConducts onboarding orientation to newly hired employeesMaintains neat and orderly files of all employee development plan and information and ensures confidentiality Prepares communications memoranda and reports related to assigned areaPerforms tasks as provided for in the updated and approved PSMBFI Operations ManualPerforms other related functions as directed by superiorsKey Organizational RelationshipsReports directly to the Supervisor, Learning & OD
