Oversee recruitment and onboarding of new employees and instructorsAudit / prepare payrollMaintain instructor relationsOversee quality of training deliverySourcing, screening, and interview potential candidates.Conduct background investigation.Facilitate the deployment of newly-hired employees,Be in charge of conducting employment orientation that includes job description, organizational chart, organizational structure of department, process flow, and primer.Perform other assigned functions.Responsible to provide assistance to superior for the delivery of HR functions such as employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, development and administration of human resources programs and discipline.Ensures that supporting documents are organized and attached to every transaction.Assist in the submission of monthly reports.
