The Solution Architect provides leadership, vision and oversight to indirect teams (Shared Services, Development/Delivery teams) and drives business requirements / user stories, and solution blueprints; provides oversight for implementation/delivery activities and ultimately, ensures business value is realized for our technology initiatives.
The Solution Architect may also be responsible for effective operations management of our technology solutions.
The Solution Architect must apply knowledge of various global entities, geographies, business practices and workforces, as well as Accenture's strategic business objectives, to successfully execute key responsibilities.
This role will be aligned with the Recruiting HR Technology team. HR Technology is responsible for supporting and implementing new technology to support Accenture Recruiters and Candidates globally. Recruiting is in progress with a phased deployment of Workday and as a result this role will play a key role in supporting Workday Recruiting and working with global functional teams, MU Recruiting teams, and CIO in supporting the ongoing operations and enhancements.
Responsibilities:
Design best-practice technology solutionsUnderstand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutionsProvide technology analysis and design servicesAnalyse as-is and to-be processes to define system/technology requirementsDrive functional/application designs and ensure technology solutions represent current and future business requirementsCapture user requirements, conduct user reviews and run stakeholder agreement meetingsOperation Support and Vision:
Understand the business requirements in HR and apply deep process expertise toward the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of process, technology, and integrationProvide day to day operational support for data within HR systems and responsible for functional support, issue management, bug investigations, enhancement and change requests, and system releases and associated testingIdentify opportunities for process and tool enhancements.
