The Role

As a Timekeeping Specialist, you will be responsible for the processing of government related benefits of SBC and Subsidiaries.

How you'll contribute

Attends to inquiries related to employee government benefits.Assists employees in processing updates in status with the SSS, Pag-IBIG and Philhealth.Handles loan processing for SSS and Pag-IBIG.Facilitates processing of maternity and sickness applications, from submission of requirements to check preparation.Prepares Philhealth Form (CF1) and Philhealth Certificate for hospitalized employees.Prepares payroll instruction for government benefits related transactions.Employment Duration is for 6 months

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource ManagementAt least 6 months to 1 year of experience in Government Mandated BenefitsCoordination, payroll administration, records administrationDetail-oriented, can communicate with different types of employees, comfortable working with computations and numerical data
