Job Responsibilities:
Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring and onboarding of qualified job applicants for open positionsRespond to general recruitment-related inquiriesMaintain knowledge of hiring analysis, market trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in recruitmentPerform ad hoc duties, as necessaryJob Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and/or any relevant fieldExcellent verbal and written English communication skills2-3 years’ experience as volume/corporate recruiter or equivalent role in a customer service contact center environmentHighly skilled in MS Office and other office toolsStrong organizational, attention to detail and interpersonal skillsStrong ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentialityExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesMust be amenable to work onsite
