• Monitor time and attendance of all employees;
• Maintain a complete and accurate file of all project employees;
• Verify and check employees’ timecards and encode the same in payroll system;
• Prepare appropriate notices to workers concerning their employment contracts;
• Prepare payroll summary of all workers;
• Prepare monthly report of manpower movement in the project site;
• Ensure the implementation of the quality plans and objectives of the department and project assignment;
• Perform tasks in accordance with the processes defined in the company’s QEHSMS Manual;
