The HR Associate - Employee Relations position will be in-charge in achieving the overall Key Performance Indicators and HR objectives in Employee Relations such as government compliance, disciplinary case management, industrial relations, company events organization and management, and HR internal audit.

Suggests and recommends process improvements based on the released new or revised provisions by the Department of Labor; and supports KBMC in government and DOLE complianceMonitors, manages and ensures proper implementation of the the end-to-end process of disciplinary action for the assigned job level, group and function. Maintains records of all disciplinary cases.Assists in industrial relations key initiatives by promoting employee morale to help in establishing a safe working environment

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

with a degree in Psychology, Political Science or any related coursesAt Least 1-2 years work related experience (has working knowledge and experience on Employee and Labor Relations particularly in the areas of government compliance, disciplinary case management, industrial relations, company events organization and management, and HR internal audit.)

The HR Associate for Talent Acquisition will be in-charge of encoding new hires in the HRIS and will assist the Talent Acquisition team in achieving the overall objectives for the assigned categories and levels through recruitment and selection, onboarding procedures and file management.

Assist in the recruitment and selection process by sourcing, and screening applicants based on the position requirement, job description, and set qualifications in order to close the vacancies.Responsible for collating pre-employment requirements of the new hires for the assigned category and level, in order to create 201 file.Maintains candidates database, and keep it updated on a timely manner in order to track applications and help identify the most qualified candidate.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

with a degree in Psychology or Human Resourceshas been exposed to the end to end process of recruitment (experience in Recruitment Process of Sales Promodisers is a plus but not required)
