JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administrative
Enroll eligible employees in HMO coverage and coordinate with HMO providers regarding HMO-related concernsMonitor first aid supplies, medicine usage and, requests replenishment once neededKeeps and maintains medical records of employeesSubmits report on the health status of employees on a weekly basisAssists in the processing of government-related benefits like SSS maternity and sickness notification and reimbursement, EC, and Philhealth documentsEmployee Wellness
Manage health-related concerns, assist employees in medicine requests, BP monitoringAssist the Medical Director in emergency-related concerns that require medical attention (e.g. COVID-19 cases)Arrange webinars related to health and wellnessOrganize annual physical exam (APE) and flu vaccination according to company scheduleAssist in the blood donation program, outreach programs, and other health, wellness, and safety programs of the companyPerforms other duties that may be assigned from to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in any medical science allied courses, Nursing preferred but not required with at least 1-2 relevant experience in the same job functionGood understanding of corporate policies, government labor and benefits regulations and business resultsProficient in Microsoft Office applicationGood written and oral communication skills
