The Role: Business Finance Senior Analyst / FP&A Analyst
FP&A in-entity Analyst is responsible for delivery of Performance management activities, relying on a global FP&A organization (regional CoE, Digital Factory and FiSS).
What will you do?
Strategic planning: Contribute to strategic planning and target setting activities
Support guidelines definition and templates preparationSupport elaboration and simulationSupport review and validationForecast: Contribute to forecast elaboration
Support guidelines definition and templates preparationSupport elaboration and simulation for country/cluster financialsSupport review and validationReporting & Analysis: Drive monthly performance analysis and recommendations
Assess monthly MOI/IncorporationAnalyze monthly performance, leveraging standard reporting and analysis produced by global FP&A organizationIdentify and propose action plansSupport business review preparationPeriod end closing: Support period-end closing
Provide inputs for monhly and quarterly closingReview and validate monthly and quarterly closing activities performed by FP&A CoEAct as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) towards FP&A CoE
Responsible of in-entity FP&A communication towards global FP&A organizationResponsible for in-entity FP&A's requests and follow-up towards FP&A CoEContribute to Global standards alignment and continuous improvement
Ensure Global standards application within in-entity scope of activitiesPerform regular assessment of existing processes with FP&A in-entity HeadIdentify and Initiate change request on behalf of FP&A in-entity Head and in coordination with FP&A CoESupport Global digital transformation initiativesSupport Data complianceWho would be successful?
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.Experience in finance and performance systems management rolesProven track record in contributing to operational efficiency and performance in an international contextExperienced in financial management and performance systems in a Corporate with multi-businesses working with different ERP platformsProven track record in international business transformation and change management projectsExperienced in Controlling & Business Partnership, General Accounting & Internal ControlWith key vision to digitize and automate processes and focus on value-added analyses to drive business decisions.Experience with BI and presentation tools such as Alteryx, Tableau and the likes is a plus Must be willing to work in Rosario CaviteWhat’s in it for me?
