The M&QA Transition Quality Manager supports the continuous conceptual curation of the Transformation framework and Quality Assurance concept, provides guidance to project leads on Transformation framework, and leads defined activities as representative of the Head of M&QA.
Major tasks and responsibilities
Methodology and framework
• Contribute to continuous improvement and deployment of Transformation framework within SSCDN transitions
• Provide detailed guidance and directions to all central and local transition managers, and their teams
• Prepare and facilitate trainings / ensure support for Service Delivery Leads and project teams
Quality Assurance
• Contribute to continuous improvement and deployment of Quality Assurance concept in defined scope
• Track of quality and timely implementation of transition projects
• Ensure that deliverables are reliable, meet business and technical requirements, and that adopted methodology is adhered to
• Support development and deployment of purposeful reporting to various stakeholders
People Leader
• Drive and lead sub team to conduct sessions and identify innovation and continuous improvement and come up with tangible business results through individual performance, sharing best practices across teams & SSOs. Streamline activities by benchmarking with other Projects and MQA/TMO teams
• Accountable for people management duties ensuring activities and deliverables are met based on agreed measures
Qualifications
• University or commercial degree in Business Administration, Economics or relevant professional experience.
• Experience of more than 1 year in a project environment as Project Lead
• Profound knowledge of project management, shared service center environment and Transformation framework
• Flexibility, as well as the ability to work under pressure. Geographical mobility.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Leadership and coordination capabilities, organized and structured.
• Good analytical, conceptual and strategic skills.
• Problem solving and proactive attitude.
• Good in communication skills, both spoken and written. Additional languages are beneficial.
• Good MS Office applications skills.
