The Finance Assistant Manager (CAPEX) is responsible for the following:
CAPEX MANAGEMENT
He / She will be responsible for the appropriate metrics, programs, procedures, and management systems to drive improved capital project execution.Ensures timely Capex execution, on schedule and in scope, in line with company standards. Ensure adequate fixed asset controls are in place.Lead fixed asset verification process and ensure compliance with verification policies and procedures.Utilize process knowledge and expertise to contribute to plant operations. Ensures fixed asset records are reconciled with books and with physicals.JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or any related business courseAt least five (5) years of relevant work experience and three (3) years of work experience in the finance supply chain and CAPEX managementExperience in financial data analysis and data modelingGood communication skills and critical thinkerMust be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig
