Duties and ResponsibilitiesPrepare, validate, and correctly submit all the BIR Tax Return form that the company need to submit on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, and annually deadlines.Responsible to prepare, register and update the information in the Government agencies the Company deals with. All documents must contain correct information before submission to the corresponding government Agencies.Review and validate company expenses for payment are needed to be checked and verified before approval to minimize and control the company’s expenses as well as to improve the Company’s financial performance and financial position. Prepare and submit cash flow report to assist managing liquidity within the company and ensuring that the business has the cash to meet its obligations and avoid funding issues.Responsible in preparing and checking accruals which refer to the recording of revenues that a company has earned but has yet to receive payment for, and the expenses that have been incurred but the company has yet to pay.Recording the exchange rate in the system to properly identify and translate the value of the item purchased from foreign currency to local currencyCan perform other tasks that can be assigned to do on a case-to-case basis.QualificationsBachelor or Associate of Science Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related accredited fields with a 2- or 4-years degree. Other degrees can be considered on a case-to case basis. At least 2-3 years of working experience
